Phytomania - Round I

Herr-ah! I finally have an image to share after 6 months of miniature making! This one has certainly taken the most man hours of any of my miniatures, but despite the amount of time it has taken, I am enjoying the near total control of aesthetics. Like most of my images, this is only the first attempt at reaching a composition that deserves to be printed at 40"x50". I think I know where it needs a bit of tweaking, so I will be sure to post the second round when it has been shot and scanned.
